Manual Lever Valve

June 5, 2008
Manual lever (MLV9) screwin cartridge valves are rated for pressures to 210 bar (3,000 psi).

The new valves integrate into custom manifold blocks or circuits that combine multiple cartridge valves in a common block. The valves are suited for rugged off-highway, windpower, and steel-mill environments, and can replace other manual valves including pull/push-to-shift, threeposition, four-way, tandem center, mobile sectional, and manually operated industrial models. They come in open and closed-center configurations, and a motor-spool, open-center version lets a motor freewheel when the valve is centered. Motor spools can also be used for directional control of cylinders.
