With multiple systems and multiple technologies converging, it’s been a busy time for discrete manufacturers. Add to this the challenges of sustainability and workforce development shortages, and it’s no surprise that the internal talent pool in manufacturing is being stretched. 

Stephen Greene, vice president of Global Marketing and Business Development at Stratus, spoke with Machine Design’s Bob Vavra about maintaining high quality, on-time production at low costs while dealing with these challenges.
