The video checks out fine. Just make sure your computer speakers are plugged in, powered on, and the volume turned up. Also, sometimes other audio applications, like an MP3 or streaming audio player, will "capture" the sound card, preventing other applications from playing audio. Make sure these applications are shut down properly, and not just minimized, to release the audio card for use by other programs.
