The X-life machined needle-roller bearing -D with a profiled steel cage offers a significantly higher load-carrying capacity. The cage is designed so that the number of needle rollers and the needle roller length can be increased with identical bearing dimensions. The larger number of rolling elements and the extension of their load-bearing length result in a load-rating increase of up to 25%. The bearings open up design options for downsizing, i.e., a reduction in the size of machines and units while maintaining performance.
