The SATA card (pictured) and Sentinel PC card flash memory guarantee operation in extreme environmental conditions. Both cards are hermetically sealed in stainless steel and can withstand shock, vibration, humidity, and immersion for use in military environments, fighter aircraft, helicopters, and ground Army applications. They operate at temperatures ranging from -40°F to 185°F (-40 to 85°C), at altitudes up to 40,000 feet. The SATA card provides throughput of 100 megabytes per second (MB/s), capacity of up to 512 gigabytes (GB), and 3.3 VDC operation. The Sentinel PC card flash memory features throughput of 20 MB/s, a capacity of up to 32GB, and power greater than +3.3 or 5 VDC. Flash memory is configured in 512 byte erasable sectors for maximum compatibility. It weighs only 2 ounces.

The SWM series of integrated steppers combine a drive and motor unit into a single IP65-rated housing, eliminating wiring and saving on cost. In addition to a built-in incremental encoder, they combine a high torque NEMA 24-step motor with a 6.0 Amp/phase (peak-of-sine) drive. Both a 24- and 48-Volt DC external power supply can be connected to the rear of the motor to power the drive. They are RoHS and CE compliant, and rated IP65 for wet and dusty environments. They support M12 connectors and allow for stored programming for stand-alone operation. They are anti-resonance and torque-ripple smoothing. Communication options include RS-232, Ethernet, and EtherNet/IP, in addition to Modbus/RTU for easy communication with programmable logic computers and human machine interfaces.

Versions of the Vert-X 2800 Series angular-position sensors convert measurements into an analog or digital output. With the Easy Adapt tool, users can configure any part to measure its angles, or choose from a database of parts. Offered in single and fully redundant versions, they measure angles ranging from 0 to 360° with repeatability of 0.1° and up to a 14-bit resolution. Analog outputs are available as 4 to 20 mA, 0.1 to 10 V, 10 to 90% of supply voltage, and 5 to 95% of supply voltage. Digital output choices are SPI or PWM. Up to two programmable TTL-level switches are offered. The housing base diameter measures 28 mm. The sensors are sealed to IP65, and have a useful life of more than 50-million movements. They target industrial, medical, and off-highway vehicle applications at operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 85°C. They have high immunity to emissions and meet five EN 61000 and two EN 55000 standards.

The 1/2 NPT siphon-fed atomizing spray nozzle can atomize a variety of fluids in a round spray pattern. It features a corrosion resistant type 303SS nozzle that draws liquid into the airstream and mixes it internally while providing up to 24 in. of suction height. Liquid can be easily adjusted with the adjustment valve. Liquid flow can reach up to 68 gallons per hour in a 6-in. diameter round pattern. A patented no-drip version is also available to conserve liquids. They could be used to coat, cool, treat, and paint a variety of products using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise. Atomizing nozzles also offer an efficient way to evenly cool hot items in automated processes. They are also commonly used with light oils, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paints and dyes. They are available with 1/4 and 1/2 NPT connections, and in a variety of spray pattern sizes and shapes. All models are adjustable, and have an available mounting bracket.

The ETP-EXPAND add-on connects a rotating piston lobe to a hollow shaft using a bushing device that can easily be installed and adjusted. It was developed to simplify exchanging seals in pumps when fluid viscosity is changed. Targeting pharmaceutical, chemical, food. and beverage processing systems, it connects to the hollow shaft and locks the impeller/lobe wheel in the pump motor using a single actuation screw. It has sealed, clean lines that can be cleaned easily and collect minimal debris.
New products to market include programmable power sources, integrated steppers with a combined drive and motor unit, and an atomizing spray unit.
