Two-piece, stepped bore rigid couplings have keyways in each bore. The coupling's two-piece style allows assembly and disassembly without moving other components. The unit's are used to connect motors to shafts where misalignment is neither present nor desired or where shaft-toshaft connections are needed.

The keyways increase torque capacity by creating a positive drive that ensures precise rotational shaft positioning.

The couplings come in one or two-piece styles in aluminum, blackoxide carbon steel, and stainless steel with bore sizes from 1/₈ to 2 in. and 3 to 50 mm. Nypatch hardware, which resists loosening under vibration, comes with the couplings.
