IR machine-vision systems can be adapted to fit existing manufacturing lines. Cameras capture data from production lines and process it with firmware or send it via Ethernet to a dedicated PC. The firmware or PC software compares images or temperature profiles against user-supplied data and alerts operators when temperatures are out of spec.
