Unexpected endings
Paraprosdokian — a form of speech where phrases have an unexpected ending — can be pretty amusing.
– Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with his experience.
– If I agreed with you we’d both be wrong.
– We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.
– War does not determine who is right — only who is left.
– Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit; Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
– The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
– To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism. To steal from many is research.
– A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.

Indispensable inner tubes
Believe it or not, inner tubes for tires do still exist. For many applications, they are indispensable. Thanks to Berlin-based artist Michael Sailstorfer, inner tubes have found their way into the art world. When he decided to use the inner tubes in an art exhibit, he contacted the Industrial Tires business unit of Continental Corp. in Hannover, Germany. Sailstorfer created a unique sculpture using 30 tubes, Size 12.5 – 20. His work of art was on display at the kestnergesellschaft, Goseriede 11 in Hannover. Continental is the only tire manufacturer to supply a comprehensive range of industrial tires, making it No. 1 in Germany and Europe, and one of the top three worldwide.
