The 5-axis coordinate measuring machine (CMM) integrates a proprietary UCC controller with MODBUS metrology software to control a REVO-2 scanning probe. In addition to the CMM’s three axes of movement, the head integrates two rotary axes with high-speed probe motion to minimize dynamic errors when measuring parts with complex geometries. It is capable of accurately measuring bladed discs, and cylinder heads with intricate valve seats and guides.

A recent addition to Lite Pressure stock springs introduces compression springs that respond to light loads between 1 to 4 psi. The entire range includes springs that respond to pressures between 1 and 15 psi. The additional products also offer larger outer diameters. Constructed out of 316 stainless steel, the springs are resistant to corrosion and include a passivated, ultrasonically-cleaned finish. They can be used in sensitive fluid-power applications such as relief that include motor brushes, contacts, and syringes.

The DRF/HL DIN rail-mount power supply is certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and marine applications. It carries a 5-year warranty and is available for three power outputs of 120, 240, and 480 W. It can deliver a peak power of 150% for four seconds. With a constant-current overload characteristic, the power supply targets driving motors and other non-linear loads. The supply operates at universal inputs from 85 to 264 Vac, and at 300 Vac for 5 seconds. Efficiency levels are as high as 94% and standby power consumption is between <0.5 and <0.75 W, depending on the model type. It is enclosed in a slim metal case with a width that ranges from 36.5 to 82 mm to save space on the DIN rail.
