Temposonics PB magnetostrictive linear position sensors from MTS Sensors, (a division of MTS Systems Corp.), Cary, N.C., are suitable for limited space applications such as external mounting on machines. The PB model is a low-profile version of the Temposonics III high-performance position sensors product line. A variety of connectors are available.
