Online library for IC design

A new library at sem.samsung.com(under Product/Capacitors/ MLCC/Technical Tool) has models of miniaturized surface-mount multilayer ceramic-chip capacitors. The library is simple to download, and works in Nexxim and Ansoft Designer for simulating PCB and hybrid-IC designs. The library has over 400 capacitor models ranging in values from 0.5 pf to 47 µf for use at up to 50 V.
