New Product: Double rail guide

The ERL double-rail-guide system consists of two precision-hardened and ground 12-mm-diameter shafts predrilled with M5 threaded holes spaced 100 mm apart.

A support block pulls together the two RC 62 case-hardened shafts to insure they are parallel to ≤0.02 mm/1 mm. Aluminum support blocks, with two holes spaced 28 mm apart, come with fasteners for mounting. Depending on load size, the support blocks can be set 100 mm apart.
