1. APPLICATIONS
We are developing Hydraulic operated Sugar Cane Harvester .
for the same we need your Low Speed High Torque hydraulic operated
motor with inbuilt break and freewheeling system
The hyd motor used as prime mover in the machine
2.RADIUS OF THE WHEEL / DRUM
Cross lug 12.4 inch X 28 inch Tractor Tyre having 1200 mm dia / 600 mm
radius . The same will be fitted on the Hyd.motor.
3.RADIAL / AXIAL LOAD
Total weight of the machine will be 4000 Kg + - 250 Kg. So 2 LSHT Hyd
motors have torque to move 4000 Kg at 20 Km Per Hour Max Speed .As per
calculation we need 90 RPM speed of the motor .
4.OPERATIONAL SPEED / REQUIRED PULL FORCE
Torque required to move 4000 Kg + - 250 Kg. weight at 20 kilometers per
hour maximum speed by 2 No L S H T Hyd Motors.
5. NEED OF MECHANICAL FREEWHEELING
yes we need mechanical freewheeling with INBUILT BREAKING SYSTEM.
