Material Products: Polymer Tech Brochure

The brochure summarizes technical data on T-Series polymers. These are proprietary blends of PEEK and PBI. The polymer blends resist high temperatures, have excellent compressive, tensile, and flexural strength, and withstand fatigue. They are inherently lubricious and abrasion resistant.

The literature compares the T-Series products’ strength and wear properties to those of other polymers at temperatures up to 300°C. It discusses typical industry applications for each grade and recommends injection-molder settings and machining guidelines by grade.
