IWKA Packaging's R.A. Jones & Co. Inc. division has implemented PARTsolutions intelligent parts management (IPM) technologies. These technologies provide a repeatable methodology for part consolidations, standardization, interchangeability, and design reuse. With this integration, the designers at R.A. Jones can display both supplier and part information on the same screen. IPM uses processes for managing standard, custom, and purchased parts from suppliers throughout a company. The processes are integrated with existing enterprise systems and have benefits of digital and physical inventories and integration with suppliers.

Looking for a machine to form a 0.002 inch PET film web, 4 to 12 inches wide, into a tube 5,000 feet long.
Need to heat or weld an overlap seam, without the use of solvent. Film has a special heat seal coating.
Sample rolls can be provided.
