High-Frequency Switches

September 7, 2000

Printer-friendly version

SCXI-1190 and 1191 switches from National Instruments, Austin, route signals for high-frequency test and measurement devices such as digitizers, oscilloscopes, and waveform generators. The 1190 switches multiplex signals to 1.3 GHz, and the 1191 switches to 4 GHz. They both feature 50- characteristic impedance. A modular and flexible architecture makes them suitable for production tests, automated test equipment, and data-acquisition applications. The switches expand the number of channels available and provide bidirectional signal routing.
