Continuous-integrated gaskets - Tech-Etch Inc.

 A new continuous-integrated gasket shields honeycomb vents, which offers better performance, reduced cost, and faster production time. Continuous lengths of the high-performance BeCu gaskets are mechanically installed — with no tooling — under the inner perimeter of the vent’s aluminum-extrusion frame. The entire vent system is then plated as one piece, joining the honeycomb cells, integrated gaskets, and the frame, increasing conductivity and shielding.
