The interactive ToughMet provides dimensional tolerances and bearing performance information. ToughMet is a coppernickeltin alloy that uses a continuous casting process and spinodal hardening heat treatment to produce a combination of properties suitable for bearing and wear applications. The guide also provides warning and guidelines to help avoid design errors and can be used to validate new designs.

bearing/swivel design
I have a design need for a bearing like design with a 1.5 inch bore and 2.5 inch OD. The ball bearings could be a plastic or poly propolene. This swivel design would have the seal of the bearing be able to operate at 100 psi internally. with flow at 2gpm. Another words, this is a swivel design with 360 degree rotation that occurs at less than one revoution per minute. The typical bearing design is what is required, however, the plastic bearings and internal seal would be exposed to low and high ph chemicals at the stated pressures. Does anything like this already exist? If so, can you direct me to a contact company. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
