The ActiveMetal Touch-Sensitive Switch Series feature ActiveTouch technology that eliminates moving parts and extends component life.

The switches are insensitive to water, heat, chemicals, and other contaminants. Available in 19, 22, 30, and 38-mm mounting diameters, the switches come in either 316 stainless-steel or Type II anodized-aluminum 6061 (clear, black, red, and green) body finishes with momentary or latching action. The devices operate at –40 to 85°F and come in the following configurations: 5-Vdc input/digital output, 5-Vdc-input/open-collector output, and 10 to 24-Vdc-input/open-collector output. The switches are vandal-proof, waterproof, and shock, vibration, and impact resistant, making them suitable for harsh and hazardous environments.
