EP21ANHT two-component epoxy adhesive, sealant, and coating has 22 BTU/in./ft2/hr/°F thermal conductivity and works between -60 and 400°F. It mixes at 1:1 by weight or volume and cures at room or elevated temperatures. The epoxy has a coefficient of thermal expansion of 18-20 in/in x 10-6/°C, dielectric strength over 400 volts/mil, and tensile shear strength greater than 1,000 psi.
EP21ANHT resists chemicals and adheres to a variety of substrates. It comes in 1-pt, 1-qt, 1-gal, or 5-gal kits.
