EP34AN, a room-temperature curing, two-part epoxy adhesive/sealant, features a thermal conductivity of 22-24 Btu/in./ft/hr/°F. Physical properties are maintained even after long exposure to temperatures from 400 to 450°F. The epoxy sports good dimensional stability, a low coefficient of expansion, and is a good electrical insulator. It has high bonding strength to a wide range of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers, and most plastics. Additionally, EP34AN is resistant to thermal shock and many chemicals including water, oil, and most organic solvents. It has a hardness of over 85 Shore D and a tensile strength of 5.5 kpsi. Its tensile modulus is over 500 kpsi. EP34AN has a 100 to 70 mix ratio by weight and can be applied without sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. Cures can be accelerated with heat. The epoxy comes in pint, quart, gallon, and 5-gallon kits.
