Servo-Worm Reducers come in four levels of precision for a variety of applications.

come in four levels of precision for a variety of applications. The High Torque (HT) version has 150% the torque capacity of the standard Servo-Worm Reducerand with less than 1-arc-min backlash. The output shaft was redesigned for higher bearing capacity and for an optional flanged connection based on ISO 9409.

The Economy (E-Servo) version has the same torque capacity as the standard Servo-Worm Reducer, with a backlash of <6 arc-min. A simplified housing and assembly lowers cost. The Basic ( BServo) version offers 90% the torque capacity of the standard Servo-Worm Reducer, with a backlash level of <12 arc-min.

A wide range of motor couplings and mounting flanges are available for mounting most servomotors. A hollow-bore output can be used to mount output shafts, pinion shafts, or other drive elements. Typical applications for the reducers include rotary axis drives, traveling gantries and columns, and material-handling axis drives. Applications include automation, aerospace, machine tools, and robotics.
