Reclassifying mufflers install directly into the exhaust port of cylinders, valves, and other air-powered equipment to reduce work-area noise by up to 35 dBa and harmful oil mist. The devices are easy to retrofit to new and existing installations. The muffler's removable element has a patented wrap design that keep oil-mist exposure well below 4.32 ppm. The unit's high airflow capacity minimizes back-pressure restriction so it doesn't interfere with cylinder, valve, or other air-powered device operation. A bottom oil reservoir can be drained by attaching a 1/4-in. tube. The mufflers come in 1/₈ to 1-in. NPT.
