Leadscrew assemblies in 0.25, 0.5, and 0.75-in.-diameter screws meet demanding linear-displacement requirements in semiconductor-manufacturing applications.

Leadscrew assemblies in 0.25, 0.5, and 0.75-in.-diameter screws meet demanding linear-displacement requirements in semiconductor-manufacturing applications. The leadscrews feature a self-adjusting, preloaded nut that reduces the effects of misalignment and suppresses backlash. All leadscrews install without special tools into single or multiaxis positioning tables, instruments, or precision mechanisms. Ready-to-install leadscrew assemblies include precision mounting and motor brackets.
