The MT2A aerospace and automotive test string pot is designed for extreme shock and temperatures.

The MT2A aerospace and automotive test string pot is designed for extreme shock and temperatures. The device comes in 3, 9, 15 and 30-in. stroke ranges, and has a lower operating temperature, down to –65°F (–55°C). The string pot is available with an all-aluminum sensor cover for extreme high-impact or harsh applications. The fully adjustable device has a two-axis, 360° rotating mounting bracket. Its high-tension, heavy-duty measuring cable is made from 0.019-in. nylon-coated stainless steel and handles 135-g acceleration.
