New Products: Software Collects 3D Scan Data

Nov. 22, 2008
The CMA2 Q 1.0 metrology software has been enhanced with, among other things, the ability to instantly see exact dimensions and geometric properties.

The CMA2 Q 1.0 metrology software can now collect scan data from multiple FaroArms and Laser Trackers simultaneously — even on the same location. The software has been enhanced with, among other things, the ability to instantly see exact dimensions and geometric properties; easily change/convert between different measurement units or coordinate systems at any time without remeasuring; and display, delete, or remeasure every measured point without starting over if new features are added to a prototype.
