Motorized Damper

Sept. 15, 2005
IRIS-M motorized dampers use pressure ports to measure airflow within ±5%.

IRIS-M motorized dampers use pressure ports to measure airflow within ±5%. Fingertip controls adjust airflow setpoints for precise control of temperature, humidity, or ventilation rate. An external switch fully retracts the damper for duct cleaning. Controls run on 0 to 10 Vdc or 4 to 20-mA signals.

The dampers are made from galvanized steel with neoprene seals and come in six sizes to fit standard ducts from 4 to 12-in. diameter. Nonmotorized galvanized and stainless-steel dampers come in sizes to 32-in. diameter. Capacities range from 15 to 4,000 cfm.
