More than 100 new features in CFD

June 7, 2007
More than 100 new features in Fluent 6.3 for CFD deliver improved accuracy and efficiency.

For example, a pressure-based coupled solver joins existing solver options and improves solution efficiency as well as convergence. Polyhedral meshes apply the flexibility of an unstructured mesh to complex geometries without the overhead associated with a large tetrahedral mesh. And improvements to parallel operation have boosted speed for reading and writing case and data files.
