Minarik Corporation has reached a definitive agreement to purchase Southwest Controls Inc. located in Anaheim, California. Southwest Controls, considered to be the leading motion control distributor in the Southern California area, increases Minarik Automation and Controls also strong position in that market by adding to its existing locations in Orange County and San Diego. As a result of the transaction, Southwest Control Inc. becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Minarik Corporation.

The acquisition is Minariks fourth acquisition in six years and shows the companys continued commitment to expanding its capabilities to support its customers and its suppliers.
