A line of modular and integrated gas components helps streamline gas-delivery systems and develop small footprints. IGC II components include substrates, manifolds, mounting components, and assembly hardware. The IGC II system uses modular and surface-mount technology with a channel-type design. Because the components are compact and easy to install, they are said to reduce critical installation and maintenance time. A typical system consists of three layers: a substrate assembly, a manifold assembly, and mounting components.
