The unit, with no moving parts to wear or foul, accurately measures flow in fluids with a high content of particles, solids, and fibers as found in wastewater treatment or plating. The display gives local measurement readings and indicates flow rate, permanent flow total, and resettable flow total. The sensor is also available in materials including PP or PVDF body with stainless-steel electrodes. The sensor quickly mounts to pipe sizes ranging from 0.5 to 8.0 in. Dynamic flow range is 0.15 to 33 fps with repeatability of ±0.5% of reading.
