Diaphragm-Metering Pump

Jan. 11, 2007
The 500AR Series hydraulic diaphragm-metering pump has an automatic air-release valve for use in sodium-hypochlorite service or with other chemicals that off-gas at room temperature.

Its PVC-head design minimizes internal space to eliminate areas where gas can accumulate. Ports slope upward to vent gas through the top of the pump and away from the diaphragm. A Teflon diaphragm isolates process chemicals from the pump's working parts, as well as the environment. A micrometer dial allows manual adjustment over a 10-to-1 turndown range. A Variable Oil By-pass stroke adjustment for improved valve performance is also standard.
