DC-DC Converters

Nov. 22, 2006
Eight midpower Maxi dc-dc converters join the 24-Vdc input family: a 3.3 Vout, 200-W model, and 300-W models at 5, 12, 15, 24, 28, 36, and 48 Vout.

The 16 Maxi models have output voltages from 3.3 to 48 Vdc and power levels from 200 to 400 W. The converters operate from 24-V nominal input, with an input range of 18 to 36 V. Efficiencies range up to 88% for higher output voltages. The units incorporate zero-current and zero-voltage switching, which reduces design effort and filtering costs.
