Clock OSC Has

March 9, 2006
This family of fixed-frequency crystal oscillators is targeted for use in all applications requiring precision clocks.

They are available in ±20, 25, 50, and 100-ppm overall frequency tolerances with less than 1-psec rms jitter over a standard temperature range of 0 to 70°C. An industrial temperature version from 40 to 85°C is also available. The LVDS (L Series) and LVPECL (P Series) have an operating frequency range from 35 to 260 MHz, while the LVCMOS (X Series) works from 70 to 220 MHz. All units feature 2.5-V operation, a low standby current of 30 A, and are RoHS compliant.
