Antenna Fitting For Hazardous Areas

The RAD-CON-MCX-RPSMA-EX antenna fitting for hazardous-area radio equipment can be used directly with any UL or CSAlisted explosionproof housing without requiring a seal.

The device lets the company's wireless products work in a Class 1, Div. 1 area with the antenna mounted outside the cabinet. The fitting features a 3-ft-long integrated cable. One end has an MCX connector for attaching to a radio inside the cabinet. The other end has a RP-SMA connector for attaching to an antenna or additional cable.
