The SR-600 Series Code Reader handles applications as fast as 160 m/min with high-intensity LED lighting and high-speed DSP decoding.

The SR-600 Series Code Reader handles applications as fast as 160 m/min with high-intensity LED lighting and high-speed DSP decoding. Decoding software filters resolve problems, such as inconsistent printing and laser-marked or dot-peen marked parts. The filters permit stable reading of difficult codes caused by low contrast, scratches, distortion, or reflections.
Users can program on the reader with visible laser pointers or by connecting to the reader using AutoID software. With the software, a USB port allows live monitoring, testing, and function changes. A Tune button selects the appropriate combination of filters, shutter speed, aperture, and lighting conditions to optimize the code image for error-free reading.
Applications with unreliable contrast, quality, position, or setup changes are autonomously compensated by using up to 16 parameter banks.
