New Products: 1.54-to-80-MHz ceramic SMD oscillators
This RoHS-compliant oscillator operates over a frequency range of 1.54-to-80 MHz and comes in a hermetically sealed, surface-mount ceramic package.
The MXH Series of oscillators measures 2
2.5 mm and operates at supply voltages as low as 1.6 Vdc.
Current draw is typically 8 mA at full power and 30 μA on
standby. Operating temperature range is –40 to 85ºC; frequency
stability is as tight as ±25 ppm; maximum start-up
time is 10 msec with a rise and fall time of 4 nsec; and the
aging rate is ±5 ppm for the first year. Waveform output
is HCMOS compatible and tri-state functionality comes
standard.
