Tough But Flexible Cables
Chainflex CF9 and CF10 continuousflex cables are designed for high-flexing applications on automated, mobile machinery.
Chainflex CF9 and
CF10 continuousflex cables are designed for high-flexing applications on
automated, mobile
machinery. CF9 and
CF10 are equipped
with bare copper conductors and
handle oil, frost, chemicals, and exceptionally low or high temperatures. The cables have a smaller bend
radius (five times the outer diameter
or less) thanks to the thin-wall design
of both the conductor insulation and
outer jacket. The insulation and outer
jacket are flexible, antiabrasive thermoplastic containing fire retardants.
The nonporous outer jacket repels oil
and cutting fluids.
Chainflex CF9 and CF10 operate in –31 to 212°F and are PVC and
halogen-free, as well as UV resistant.
CF9 comes in multiconductor layouts
from 24 to 2 awg and CF10 in 26 to
12 awg.
